chronological order of emails within an email

Can I reverse the order that emails I reply to appear within the email? I'd
like to read from oldest to youngest from top to bottom.

You cannot control the order included mail will display. That's completely
up to each mail client and sender. It's not like the included messages are
separate entities that can each be manipulated. They're just text, like
anything you'd type yourself.
