just keeps on crashing

I believe Cicero has to do with (among other things) Speech Recognition. Do
you have that feature enabled?

Tools > Speech would be checked if enabled.

Cicero is responsible for coordinating a number of input services, including
speech, handwriting and East Asian IMEs.
