On my desktop with XP professional, Outlook 2003 refuses to relaunch
after I close it and a ciceroUIWindFrame program is left running and
needs to shutdown when I reboot. I've reloaded office 2003 and talked
to Microsoft Support with no success. I noticed a similar post but
couldn't find a rely. Does anyone have a suggestion? Thanks Bob
