Just recently, I have been having problems syncing my Palm to Outlook. This
is a new problem. When I shut down WinXP, I get the error "cicerouiwndframe"
and have to do an "end program." When I restart the computer and run
Outlook, I am told that it must be started in "safe mode."
I have done a "repair" of Outlook and the problem continues. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
