recently, I have been unable to sync my Palm device to Outlook. When I try
to do a "HotSync" the syncing program runs and runs and nothing is sync'd. I
have to cancel the sync. Then when I shut down the computer (WinXP) I get
the error message above. When I restart the computer and run Outlook, I get
a message saying to start Outlook in safe mode.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
