I have a Citrix Presentation Server 4.0 server running on Windows 2003 R2.
I'm running Office 2003Pro. When I log a new user in and they launch Word
they are NOT prompted for their name and initals. When I look at Tools -
Options - User information my name is in there! How can I keep my name from
populating this space? There is a Normal.dot out in the "Workgroup Templates"
folder. Do I need to delete this file? How can I get a generic Normal.dot for
all the users that access the Citrix server? Any ideas?
