I am using the Custom Installation Wizard to create an unattended install of
Office 2003. Everything is fine except when it upgrades a previous Office
install it deletes any custom templates that were on the machine. If you do
an attended upgrade there is no problem. I have tried setting my .mst file
not to delete previous versions, but that has not solved the problem. Could
use some insight.
