CIW with additional product installations

I am creating an MST file for our enterprise install of
Office 2003. Everything is fine with the exception of
adding the Office 2003 patch as an additional
installation. It takes the path, however, when testing
the MST it does not appear to be installing the patch.
The only way I know of to be sure is to look at the
version of Word. What am I missing?
