Class-C to Class-B

We have changed our IP from Class-C to Class-B recently and everything works
great 1 thing - Outlook.

For unknown reason when the user open his/her Outlook 2000 it will take
about 2 to 3 minutes and then they get a box says Exchange server unavilable
and when they click on retry button it will take another 2 minutes and then
it will be opened.

They can now send and receive emails, but the only issue that they are
facing the above mentioned.

I really don't know where should I go to fix this issue, we have assigned a
new IP the Domain Controller, Exchange, Router, Firewall, Proxy, etc.. and we
have release and renew the clients and everything seems working fine except
when they open the Outlook.

For some reason I feel there is an old IP which is cuasing this issue and
must be replaced with the new IP.

Is there a local HOST file configured?
Does it still happen when you recreate the mail profile in Control Panel->
Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Hi - I replied to this post in one of the Exchange groups. Please don't
multipost - if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost
instead, by posting a single message to a handful of relevant groups
(separate the NG names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread.
This makes it easier for everyone, including you.
