Class does not support automation

T

Tom Ross

A new user with access2000 installed has joined out group using a shared
database we have been using for some time

When the switchboard tries to open I get:

"Runtime error 430
Class does not support automation or does not support interface."

The same references are set as the other users:
Visual basic for applications
Microsoft DAO 3.6 object library
Microsoft Acces 9.0 object library
Ole Automation

What do I need to set?

Add the following references and see if it solves the
problem:
Microsoft ActiveX Data Objects 2.5 Library
Microsoft ADO Ext. 2.5 for DDL and Security
Microsoft Office 9.0 Object Library
