Clean up project server database.

Hello All,

I cant view the menu item " Clean up Server Data Base"

I have check the user setting and under Global Template it
is check to allowed. I have try removing some of the items
and they were removed ...access not allowed msg when
trying to vies it. Secondly I have it checked in Manage
organization abd still cant view the menu " Clean up MS
Project server database. I have used it before. dont know
what change or how to get it back ...thanks for your help.
