Clean-up Projects

Hi All:

I would like to display only those projects which are on-going in PWA. But
unfortunately am having all. problem is even though those projects are
complete they are not closed yet. Because of which I like to clean-up all the
remaining (completed) projects.

By doing this will there be any problem or will there be any impact on other
projects?

Please suggest me the procedure how to proceed in this regard asap.

Hi Marc,

I've also taken your advice and tried to follow the ProjectServerExperts
article addressing this; I do have one question however.

To create a custom enterprise project outline code, do I take the following
steps:
Open Enterprise Global
Select Tools-->Customize-->Enterprise Fields
Select "Import Custom Field"?

The article is very informative but it does not outline the actual steps
necessary and I want to ensure I don't accidently destroy or rename an
enterprise code...I'm very unfamiliar with the technical aspects of Project
Server...
