Cleaned cars for company & needs invoice for money paid

HI,
I actually cleaned cars for a reputable company for an amount each to
be paid for at the end of the month; stating the vehicle type, regitration #,
type of preparation and the amount charged.
Meanwhile, I had to produce an invoice for the job done for the
money(total) to be paid into my account but have no clue as to how to put the
job in an invoice format.
Please help me with a sample or illustration.

Although you could certainly track all this in Access, and produce the
reports you want, my guess is that this would be overkill for you, since
you're probably just keeping track of these things with pencil and paper
anyhow.

You can type up an invoice in Word, or if you want to get a little fancier
(with automatic computations), use Excel.
