cleaning up code

I Pasted a 150 Word file into a set of pages.. when I view the source
code.. there is an awful lot of extraneous code....
Can someone recomend a utility that might help clean the code...
Any help would be appreciated

Try saving the file again as a "text only" file and then copy & paste it in
and let your web page handle the formatting. Works for me anyway.
