clear a named range

Hi guys. Merry Xmas to all!

This may seem a very basic question, but, how do I clear a named rang
from a sheet??

Insert/Name/Define...Click on the named range and click
delete at the right.

And if you mean clear the contents of the cells in that named range:

Edit|Goto (or F5), type in your range name (or select it)
And hit the delete key
(or Edit|Clear|contents)
