Clear check outs.

If a user has a project checked out, but dumped their
machine, how do you reset the project so that the server
shows it is checked in and they can access it again.

In PWA go to Admin / Manage enterprise features. In the
left pane you will see a link to "Check in enterprise
projects". Following this link will display any checked
out projects and allow you to check them back in.
