Clear data in row

Hi All,

I want to clear out the value in the certain row when it meet th
certain criteria. Let say if the row in column C = "Cancel", it wil
clear out the contents in column E & F.
I also need have a input that allow user to start select which rang
and row their want to start out.


EXAMPLE

BEFORE

_Column_C___Column_E__Column_F_
Cancel 10 20
New 10 20
Cancel 10 20

AFTER

_Column_C___Column_E__Column_F_
Cancel
New 10 20
Cancel


Hope you guys can help me to solve out this problem.:)
