Clear Entourage Cache - everything!

I am using Entourage 2008 with Exchange Server 2003. Entourage is continually corrupting my Exchange calendar. It duplicates calendar entries, puts back entries that have been deleted or modified by my assistant or through OWA or Outlook, and is generally creating havock.

I would prefer to run Entourage in a non-cached mode as I can with Outlook, but failing that, is there anyway to clear its local cache and force it to resync with Exchange (downloading from Exchange and overwriting whatever it thinks to be the current version of the truth)? If not, I will have to uninstall it and rely on OWA.

I have found what looks like cache files under: users/me/library/cahces/metadata/microsoft entourage/2008/main identity/0T/0B/0M/1K and deleted those, but to no effect. They re-appear immediately and the corruption continues.

Entourage only works in cached mode. You can not change this.

You can clear its Exchange account cache by right-clicking or
Control-clicking the account name in your folder list on the left,
selecting Folder Properties and clicking the Empty button. Likewise, you
can do this on a per folder basis as well.
I have found what looks like cache files under:

These are not your Exchange cache files but rather the Spotlight cache
files. Do not delete these or you will have difficulty finding messages
quickly in Entourage 2008.

Hope this helps!
