Clear Field

I have two date fields. Assign and Completed. When
someone tries to enter a date in the Completed field and
the Assign field is null they get an OK message that you
can't enter a date in the Completed field until you enter
a date in the Assign field.

Once they click OK the focus is set to the Assign field.
The problem I'm having is I want to clear the date they
put in the Completed field.

What code do I use to clear the Completed field?
