Clear User_AD GUID

In Project 2003, in Admin/Modify User there is a check box which states Clear
User_AD Guid. I was unable to find any information in the help regarding
this option and my search through the forum turned up nothing. Does anyone
have any idea what exactly this option does?

I have a user who is getting repeated authentication prompts when trying to
access our Project server. She does not get these anywhere else and it seems
to be specific to her machine...any ideas?

The option is used with Active Directory synchronization. When you clear
the AD GUID for any user, you prevent any further updates from Active
Directory for that particular user, but do not remove a resource from the
Enterprise Resource Pool. Hope this helps.
