Clearing Access Database Login

I just took over the adminitration for one Access Databse
from someone who left the company. Every time when I try
to access the database, it always prompt me for username &
password which I am not able to get hold of. Is there
anyway to bypass the login or clear the password for
Administrator login ?

You have to log on to the database as a member of the Admins group to clear
the password. Take a look at the Security FAQ (link below) for information
on how to desecure a database.
