Clearing All Checkboxes --Possible?

B

Brian

Is there a way to "clear out" a bunch of checkboxes, so that a database
containing other information could be reused?

I suppose I could save two copies, delete the used one when done, and start
over again...

I was thinking there would be something similar to clearing cells in Excel?
Or, is there a way to use the find/replace function to do this? --Setting
everything back to "unchecked"?

Thanks!

Brian

Hi Brian,

you can run an UPDATE query on each table

select the fields you want to 'clear' and drag them to the grid

change the query into an update query
from the menu --> Query, Update

in the UpdateTo cell --> False

click on ! to Run the query
