Click Hyperlink on an access report converted to PDF

Hello,

I added a hyperlink in my access report (it s a link to an excel template on
a network drive). I converted the report to PDF and on PDF it is actually not
an hyperlink?

Do I need to configure anything on access or any configuration needs to be
doe on PDF?
