Clicking on URL in message gives "This operation cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer". Where do I change this? Windows
XP Pro. Single user.

Diane, Any idea how to fix this problem under Win7? I get same error with
Word 2007 & Excell 2007. The links and Bing search only address XP or
earlier versions of Office.
