Click once and Outlook 2007 opens twice

Multiple users are stating when they click on the icon to open Outlook 2007,
two sessions open. This is happening sporadically. We are using Exchange
2003 SP2 with Outlook 2007 SP1 and Windows XP SP2. It doesn't make a
difference if they click from an icon on their desktop or from the quick
launch bar. Does anyone have a resolution?

add the /recycle switch to the shortcut.
