Click to Call. Cheap Rates Virus? URGENT

All of a sudden I am seeing telephone Icons next to all the phone numbers in
OutLook 2003. Is this a virus. I do not remember these being there. It
looks like some calling plan has invaded the program!

I am seeing them in the address card and in the detailed address card view.
They are purple little phones and I swear they were not there before. It
looks like some calling plan took over outlook. When I click on one nothing
happens. Might I send you a screen shot back channel of a page of my
address book?
