Clicking A to Z button (record, sort ascending) closes database.

We have a small 10 meg Access 2002 database. One form works except when you
click the A to Z (or Z to A) button, the database closes. Any ideas? Do I
just need to re-create the form?

You may... you might also have some database corruption. See
http://www.granite.ab.ca/access/corruptmdbs.htm for suggestions. Start by
making a backup and then using Tools... Database Utilities... Compact and
Repair. If the form isn't too complicated delete it first - the Compact will
get rid of most of the residue from it - and recreate the form.
