I was once able to click on an email address or hyperlink in an email
message -a new email window or IE then opened up. Now I just get the message
:
'This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact the systems administrator."
Can SKS tell me what setting to change to get back to where I was. Info is :
OS is W2K fully up to date.
Internet Explorer is v6.0
Outlook is 2002 SP3
