Clicking links in email launches SEPARATE instances of IE...

My company just moved from Office XP to Office 2003. Ever since I moved
from Outlook XP to Outlook 2003, every time I click a link in an email
message, it launches a SEPARATE instance of I.E.. Before the change,
the link would open in the CURRENT instance of I.E..

How can I change this?

BTW, I'm also having a security problem. While looking at a web page
from our Intranet, if I go to File|Send Link, Outlook loads a new
message, but it states that Outlook blocked the attachment of a
potentially unsafe attachment.

I'm running Win2K Pro with all the latest patches (run Windows Update
weekly), and Office 2003 Pro.

Thanks for that wonderful link.

Actually, I WANT to use 1 instance. However, that checkbox mentioned in
your link isn't making a difference.

Other suggestions? Suggestions about the 2nd issue I was asking about?
