Clicking Project Tab in Web Access kicks back to home screen

Hello,

We are using Server 2003 and the particular problem is in Web Access. When
clicking on the "Project" tab, users are experiencing a slow reaction of 10 -
30 seconds or being redirected to the home page screen. . This only happens
when selecting the project tab, all others are operating as normal. We did
recently upgrade from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. Any help is appreciated.
