When I try to download an Excel file from a secured (HTTPS) website, I get a prompt requesting a certificate. I have to click cancel or OK about 10 times for the prompt to go away. This only happens with Excel 2003, not the earlier versions. The prompt asks you to select a certificate from a list, but the list is empty. Anyone has a solution?
