Clip art doesn't display a picture only dglxasset

When I want to use my clip art Word will pull up the clip art but instead of
displaying pictures it shows the letters "dglxasset". Why is this happening?
How do I get rid of this? How do I get the pictures to display?

You need to empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet
Options, Delete. You will want to delete the temporary files.
