Clip art error

After installing PowerPoint 2003, I get an error message
when accessing the clip gallery. I get: The specefied
procedure could not be found, error code 0x8007007f. I
have uninstalled and insalled with no resolution. Any
help with this?

This is most likely caused by outdated or mismatched MDAC (Microsoft Data
Access Components) files on your system. Download and run the system
component checker utility and fix any problems that it reports on your
system:
