My girlfriend tried to import clip art using word's built
in online feature. It doesn't work anymore. It goes to
download basket but after download the clip art is
nowhere to be found. Ive never used it so I dont know why
it doesn't work.
Tried it on my computer as well. I've got win xp. It
doesn't work for me either. Does it work for other
people? If it does how do i make it work?

Applies to
Clip Art and Media site on Microsoft Office Online

Let's say that you've downloaded some clip art you want to use from the
Clip Art and Media site to your computer. Now, you attempt to insert clips
into your Office document, but the ones you just downloaded appear as
missing clips that are titled Dglxasset.aspx. What happened?

These problems may occur because of temporary Internet files that are
located on your computer. When downloading clip art, it is always a good
practice to delete temporary Internet files first. This way, there is
always room for all the clips you want to use.

Delete temporary Internet files
In Microsoft Internet Explorer, click the Tools menu, and then select
Internet Options.
On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet files section, click Delete
Files.
Click OK.
In most cases, you should now be able to successfully download clips.

Please let me know has this helped You...
Thank you...
Raghu...
