Clip Art Gallery not visable or useable/ Office 2000 Pro

Hello.

On a client PC on Win NT domain/ Office 2000

User attempts to insert clip art, clip art gallery says it
is congfiured and closes.

Tried running artgalry.exe to no vail.

Full install done with service releases.
