Clip Art in XP

OK. so I thought I would save some time and money by
making Birthday invitations for my daughter in Word. NOT!
I keep getting an error "The RPC Server is unavailable
error 0x800706BA", whenever I try to open Clip Art.

I looked this up on the Microsoft site and it said that I
need to download MDAC 2.5 or higher. So I did, it can't
install because I am already running MDAC 2.5. (perfect)

I have now re-installed and repaired my Office XP
installation and have installed SP3. I am a woman on the
edge!!

If anybody can help, I would greatly appreciate it!
