clip art not connecting to internet

Trying to search for clip art files from web connection, but it keeps
freezing and not showing me any internet pictures. Why is it doing this? Do
I need to do something to activate it?

See if emptying your temporary cache helps. In Internet Explorer, tools,
Internet Options, delete files.

Do the following:

1. On the File menu, point to Picture, and then click Clip Art.
The Clip Art Pane displays on the right of the Word document window.
2. In the Search in list, Select the Web collection check box.
Click twice on the Web collection check box to select all the categories of
clip art
3. Do one of the following:
Click the Go button, to continue to search the name in the Search for box.
-or-
Enetr a new search criterion, and click the Go button.
