First of all: Don't shout (All caps is considered as shouting in
newsgroups!)

Why are you using PowerPoint to print on Envelopes? Try using Word for it,
it has an option for it (Tools - Mail merge - Labels and envelopes).

If you need to use PowerPoint for it, define the slide size according to
envelope size (File - Setup page) and read your printers manual how to feed
envelopes.
