Clip art on Office Online is grayed

In the Clip Art panel, the “Clip art on Office Online†are grayed out on all
Office 2007 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook). Anyone have a
solution? Thanks

Are you using a trial version? Are you certain you are connected to the Internet
when you are using Office applications? Can you go directly to the Office Web
Site?
