Clip Art results do not show the pictures

When we search for clip art, the results only shows boxes with the red x in
them.
We are running Word 2002 in Office XP.

Empty your temporary cache. In Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options,
delete... You will want to delete the temporary files.
