Clip art search gets no results (Publisher 2003)

One of our organisation's computers gets no results (or perhaps 1 or 2 items)
when searching clip art for very common terms like dog or flags. These terms
bring up many hits when searched on other computers.

Things I've already checked (after reading Mary Sauer's suggestions):
- The computer is connected to the internet
- The cache has been emptied
- The online content settings are correct

Thanks for your response Mary, but I'm afraid I don't quite understand it.

I was not referring to Clip Organiser. The computer in question cannot get
any hits when simply using Picture Frame - Clip Art. In other words, it has
virtually no access to clip art at all.

All the other computers running with the same software, on the same network,
with the same internet access, get normal clip art responses, so there must
be something in the settings of this machine that is blocking clip art.

It appears when your user searches for clipart only the clipart that shipped with
Office 2003 is being read.

A permission problem?
I would download FileMon and RegMon from
http://www.sysinternals.com/.
Run them as administrator (when no user is connected), start a TS session as a normal
user and try to
run the application.

FileMon and RegMon will show you all "access denied" errors that
occur, so that you can give your users the necessary permissions on
a file-to file or Registry subkey basis.
