Clip art spot color

How can I get Publisher 2003 to color the black parts of a graphic with a
spot color? Publisher 2000 was able to do this. 2003 only seems to be able
to use a process color to do this.

The best way to control the colour of graphics/clip art is to open them in
CorelDraw and use it's search and replace (can be set to look for colours or
colour models) to set the appropriate CMYK or spot colours. Sometimes it is
necessary to select each segment of the graphic and re-colour it (or
reconstruct the graphic). Then export the graphic as an EPS file and link it
to the Publisher file.
