Clip art - thumbnails not shown

I'm trying to include clipart in my slide presentation, but when I do
a search on a keyword for it, I don't get thumbnails anymore (I used
to), I get the standard little icon in the thumbnail box, and have to
right click and go to properties to see the thumbnail. What has gone
wrong the I can no longer see the thumbnail image in the box? I can
get them up when I open the Media Content CD directly, so it's not my
CD player.
Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it next time the problem occurs,
though I can't imagine how my temporary internet files folder effects
my ability to read a CD! But then, thats Windows for you!
The problem went away by itself, actually. Before I got your answer, I
re-opened Powerpoint, and it worked fine to access my clipart on the
Media Disk.
While I'm here, does anyone know how to copy the contents of the media
disk onto my hard drive? I have a 60G hard drive with less than 10G on
it, I might as well copy the clip art over and avoid these problems.
This HP computer has trouble finding the CD drives anyway. Half the
time, when I insert a CD, program or music, nothing happens, even if
it's autoplay. When I double click to open the drive, it asks me to
insert a disc. Often, it takes 3 or 4 tries, opening and closing the
drive (either one) to get it to recognize the disk.
