When I first installed Publisher 2003, I was able to access my clip art from
Publisher 2000. Just recently when I try to access it, I receive an error
message: Clip organizer cannot complete the operation. Unspecified error
Error Code 0x80004005. I have tried to repair, I have uninstalled and
reinstalled and no luck. I know I still have a ton of clip art files,
because I can still access it from Word.

I am not very computer literate, so I will need basic help?

Your MDAC components need to be refreshed. This article has a link where you can
download the components. The latest build is 2.8.

You have to install it, did you do that? Double-click the file...

Per her instructions, I did this:
Start-Run-typed in REGSVR32 OLE32.DLL-enter

And my clip organizer worked! Hurray! Mary, will you marry me? Thanks for
your help.
