I've been using Office XP Corporate Edition all along, with no problems. After Jan. 1, the problem started. When I try to add clip art (in Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc) I get a message saying there has been an online crash. I also can't get the same clip art that I was using prior. I get some clipart that is only sound. HELP, please!

What is the exact error message?

Some clip art *is* only sound. When you search for clips in the Clip
Organizer, you have options for "Search in" and "results should be."

What do you have selected in each of those categories?
