I just create a word document, title it by clip art topic and refer to it when I need that particular type of clip art. If you insert the clip art into a text box you can size and move them around easily.
or -- in the clip gallery --- go to the individual clips properties... and
add them to the favorites catagory -- then they are quick and easy to get
without opening additional docs.
