we have Office 2003...when searching for clip art 'Search
in: All collections (which includes Web Collections)
clicking Go will not take us out to the internet for web
collections options. Installation error??

Open help, "See Also", Online Content Settings..., check the appropriate settings.
Expand the "search in:" to be certain you have "everywhere" checked.
