Hi, I downloaded a picture from microsoft but I can't move it by clicking and
dragging. I clicked the text writing button but all the options are greyed
out. What's wrong? Mindy

Select the image then on the Picture Toolbar change Text Wrapping to
anything but inline with text.

but when I select the image and click text wrapping button on the picture
toolbar, none of the text wrapping options are available, they are greyed
out.

Try Right Clicking the image choose Format Picture | Layout Tab then try to
change the Text Wrapping

I tried and on the Layout tab, all the text wrapping options are greyed out.

Make sure you are not clicking inadvertently off the image when trying to
change the text wrapping

I'm exactly on the image when I try to change the text wrapping.

Is Tools | Options | View Tab | Picture Placeholders checked? if so uncheck

That's the only other suggestion I can think of that might be a reason the
options are unavailable.

My guess is that your image layout is "behind text", so you are
not actually selecting the image when you click on it, but
instead are just clicking on text. If you click on the Select
Objects tool (the big white arrow at the left end of the Drawing
toolbar), and then click on the image, and then click on the Text
Wrapping button on the Picture toolbar, does that work?
