Word 2002 crashes when choosing Insert, Picture, Clip Art.
I enter the search text and press search and Word freezes.

The computer is running Windows XP on a fairly new Dell.

I suggest updating MDAC on your machine. You can download it at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...e3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&DisplayLang=en

Upgrading MDAC has resolved a lot of strange Clip Organizer issues in the past.

That did the trick. I downloaded the update, rebooted and
clip art opened correctly.
