I am running iMac OS 10.1.5 with Office v X. Have done the all the
updates for Office X also. Original software did not do this. Now, and
since the last several updates, when I try to down load clip art from
Microsoft live gallery. The process starts and then the program quits
in both Word and PowerPoint (which are the only ones I use it with).
Message says program has quit but nothing else effected. The clip file
ends up on the desktop. So then I try to import it into the clip
gallery, but each time I try to import it into the gallery the clip
gallery program quits as before. Explorer is configured correctly to
open clips in Mac OSX according to the MS instructions for Mac users.
Anyone have any help?
